"Called front desk 1/29to ask about availability Person at desk at 4:20 PM said she was not obligated to give me the information When I asked to speak to the manager, or give me her name she refused. STATED ARE YOU GOING TO BOOK OR WASTE HER TIME. Hampton , shame on you for having such an arrogant, unprofessional person at the desk. YOU DEFINITELY LOST MY BUISNESS!!!!"

"Tucked in behind a neighborhood, one block off the main strip is a 4 story Hampton Inn. You can walk a quick block and you are at shops and restaurants and even an arcade. Very clean. Friendly staff. Indoor pool. Nice breakfast spread. Only disappointment was the gym. 2 treadmills, a broken bike, and some weights. It smelled like gasoline with a leak in the roof. Everything else was great so don't let that deter you if you don't use the gym at places you stay."

"This was by far the worst Hilton property I’ve ever experienced. The bathroom was horrible - toilet not bolted to the floor so it rocked and the tank swished. Big mildew stain on bathroom door. Dirt encrusted in corners by tub. Dirt buildup on bathroom door handle. Also, rowdy guests in hallway at 3 and 5 am and response from front desk was “it’s the new year and people are celebrating. We can’t control our guests.” Wow! So disappointed in this property. Not staying here again!"

"Rooms were nice. Staff was not willing to let us enter the room a minute sooner than our reservation, even though we were told over the phone it would not be a problem. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty. The lady running breakfast was extremely nice. Upon returning from our event we found staff sleeping on the lobby sofas. Staff was outside using offensive language and they were also there in the am and pm. (This was unnecessary)."

"Hampton Stroudsburg is a nice hotel away from the noise of traffic. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. They had coffee and tea available late into the day. The fitness room was well equipped. The hotel room was clean, quiet, in good condition, and had a working, strong AC!"
