They took 5 full days (3 business days) after closing to wire my mortgage payoff, costing me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary interest. Living far from this office, I did not attend settlement, but overnighted my signed documents to the office before closing. I did not receive countersigned copies of my closing documents for approximately 20 days after closing and only after following up and requesting them. This office was selected by the buyer, but I paid this attorney a closing fee and additional fees to handle the mortgage payoffs.
