"If I could leave this business zero stars, I would. The manager Lisa was completely rude and attempted to ship the item in a box so oversized the quote was $295 for shipping alone. After trying to convince her to cut the box down, with still enough packing material to insure (2" on all sides), she insisted she didn't need me to tell her how to do her job and then had owner call me to tell me because she was so unhappy with the resized box, they wouldnt be shipping the item to me. I had to talk to him for 30 minutes to get him to convince his employee to do her job. The shipping for the correctly dimensioned box was now only $70! They charged me $85 for packing and materials. I have shipped and recieved over 200 guitars this year and have never had an experience like this one. If you are bidding on an item with Ball Auction, know these are the only shippers available and nothing in the world is worth having to deal with this business."
