"Good luck getting them to actually work on your car. I live a few blocks away and thought it would be a great place to get some auto body work done. After calling I was told to email my documents of what needed to be done, I didn't got a response to that email. So I called back and left my number and was assured(by someone who clearly was annoyed he had to answer the phone) that someone would get back to me. That was weeks ago. Guess they don't really want the business?"

"This shop success is predicated on you being the type of customer who comfortably hand your car over with little conversation to let the mechanic take care of the problems. If you’re at all involved in the process or trying to guide decisions about what gets fixed or not, to control the $$, then this place isn’t for you. Also Pete didn’t fix the problem (tire with slow leak - he said he checked it and it wasn’t leaking, but it still was) and when I brought it back he balked at giving a discount to fix it right. So I said f it and took it somewhere else."
