"My (Mini Cooper Countryman) car would not start in the parking lot of a grocery store. I called my insurance company roadside emergency service. Roadside told me 75 minutes until they would assist. I called ASM, LLC letting them know I would be getting my vehicle towed to their garage. Aus, the owner answered the phone and offered to meet me at my vehicle at the grocery store to see if he could help. Aus was able to charge/jump start the battery so I could drive it to ASM for service. I canceled roadside emergency service. The next day I had a new battery. The old battery was completely drained.
