"Highly Recommended! This is the second place in the DC metro area where I got my 2nd car wrapped this past year. (2023) My first experience was not great at the place in Woodbridge, Virginia. My wrap peeled on the rear driver side tire. I sent them a pic, texted them a bunch of times, and they won’t even respond to me. I received the best quality wrapping of my second car here and the best experience with Gemini wraps. Sergio is absolutely wonderful! I have not had a single issue with my wrap peeling after the job was done here, unlike the other place who hasn’t even reached out to me for months after I told them about the peeling. "Sergio is very unprofessional. He canceled and rescheduled two of my appointments. The first rescheduled appointment I was not that upset about and then he did it again smh. I needed my wing wrapped satin but Sergio said he had to go out of town so I left my car with some other gentleman at the shop who Sergio said could do the job and they didn’t even wrap my wing completely. It looks very tacky and UNPROFESSIONAL. I also found scratches on my vehicle that were not there before I dropped my car off. I will start taking pictures of my vehicle before and after I leave it in anybody else’s care(lesson learned). He claimed the paint imperfection on the roof of my vehicle was not done by his crew. That’s a lie. Beware do not go here if you want professionalism and damage not done to your vehicle."
