"I am 100% satisfied with the service I received at the Clinton MD Caliber Collision Center. I own a 2018 Hyundai Santa fee Sport. There was a problem with their white paint application of the 2018 -2019 cars and SUV only. I received an extended warranty notice they would pay to have the issue resolved. I took my SUV to Caliber Collision. First off, I was greeted with a smile by the young man at the front desk. After an assessment, I agreed to have them do the repairs. From the moment I walked in, every person I encountered was friendly, courteous and welcoming. I was told the repair would be done within a week or two. I was provided with text updates and my SUV was ready within 10 days. I appreciated the updates provided via text. When I picked up my vehicle, to my surprise they had vacuumed it. Not only did they do an excellent job on the repair, but they vacuumed!! They offer a lifetime guarantee on the repair. They stand by their work.
