"Friendly service at front counter from Mr. Ivan. I came in on an earlier occasion but do to my schedule could not stay, when I came in he remembered me from my previous visit. They were able to get me in rather quickly and completed the work I needed. They took extra care to put my old parts in the truck bed (warranty purposes). They installed a catalytic converter which required the transfer of a O2 sensor. The work came with a vehicle service inspection. They made some good discoveries and did not try to up-sale me on the work. They simply made me aware with a documented report. Very pleased with the work, environment and customer service. I will return for future work ."

"I normally have my son get my oil changes done for me but I decided to get it done since I was near the Midas on Silver Hill Road in Forestville, Md. I was very pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process was. Ivan warmly greeted me, explained to me about the services I selected was very respectful and professional. Just because I am a woman I did not feel taken advantage of or anything like that. All of the employees there were kind and courteous. The young gentleman who did my oil change and tire rotation was very thorough. He found a nail in my tire (which explains my low pressure light). He repaired it and that was that. The young gentleman who checked me out was also amazing. He was very kind and professional as well. He put the oil change reminder in my window and made sure I was satisfied with the service and ABSOLUTELY I was! From now on I’m going to get my own oil change. "I had my front brakes replaced there after my car started pulling hard and smoking from the front. They did a thorough inspection of my entire brake system and tires and told me what they suggested. The mechanic named Domo was fantastic and showed me everything he had found during the inspection. After the work was done my car rides and stops better than ever. The service manager also explained in detail each part and cost involved. I was very pleased with the job these gentlemen did and would recommend anyone to this shop for service and repair."
