"I visited to get an oil change, have my suspension looked at, and new wiper blades. After the diagnostic I said fix it I will pay. The next day when I came to pick up my vehicle, the lights were left on draining my battery. So I needed a jump. No new blades were put on. Screws were in my windshield. Check oil level light came on when I got home. Everything was fixed in the end with me brining the car back but from a company that I just spent so much money with I expected more from."

"This shop will nickel and dime you. They will add several services without telling you why or asking you. A simple service can turn into an extremely large bill of unnecessary services. They will offer you a credit card and watch you sweat as you decide what you will do. You will also sit there for hours while no one does nothing to service your car. I would not recommend this location at all."

"The Pep Boys in the District Heights/Forestville area on Marlboro Pike did excellent work for my van! The night before, my right tire blew off. Pep Boys replaced all of my tires with a tire special. These high quality tires were in stock. My brakes and rotors were bad and had to be replaced. The manager/worker on duty was on the ball. I was charged the best price with everything and given 12 months of interest free financing. I can now get back to Ohio safely after visiting family in Maryland. This Pep Boys is highly recommended!"
