"Great job on oil change but they didn't reset it back to 100%. They didn't vacuum my car nor checked my tire pressure at all. Not sure if I was supposed to ask for these thing or check them on the paper. It was my first time there."

"When I took my car for an oil change and after a few minutes, the service member told me that they couldn't change my oil. I asked why and he stated that my oil pan was cracked. He said that I needed to take it back to who did the last oil changed, which was car dealership. I made an appointment with car dealership. The car dealership did a whole diagnostic and discovered that it was not a crack in my pan or any leaks. My oil was still full. So, I can not understand why Quick Lube did not want to change it. Just crazy."

"Had to go in for quick service, as my regular place was booked up, and my change oil light came on. Quite unfortunate! This place has very rude employees, and is a "bait and switch" operation. They do NOT really check all the levels and top up as advertised for the $39.95 price. That's just a scam to get you in the door. If you DO go there, make sure you watch them closely. Do NOT go and sit in the waiting area!!!"
