"Has friendly service found exactly what I needed bought it in left the store. I don't even think I was there more than a minute ."
"Lucero and Jennifer attempted to change my battery and broke my battery terminals instead of admitting it they were rude and convinced me I needed a new alternator or starter. Jennifer used a CROW BAR TO REMOVE MY BATTERY, Stephanie used a small sludge hammer to take off my adapter part of my battery cable. These employees were so unprofessional and uneducated. My battery was fine. After waiting 3 hours for a tow truck and buying a 269$ battery being refunded and having funds on hold a tow truck came to take my now dead car to a repair shop, he looked at my battery the screws were loose and battery not placed properly, the women attempted to jump my car no start, tow man adjusted my battery corrected the cable and guess what my car started ! Never go here !!!!!"
"I went to this store because my battery died. The young man who worked there told me that they were not allowed to remove the old batteries and replace them with the new ones but that he would take my old one out to test it as a "favor" to me. When he couldn't get the battery cables off, he pulled out a crowbar to try and remove it. I stopped him from using the crowbar and went home and got a male neighbor to go back with me. The neighbor went in, asked for the tools needed to remove the cables and within 5 minutes removed the cables and replaced the battery. The very next day my neighbor went back to the same shopping center and saw the guy who told me that he was doing it as a "favor" replace the battery in another persons car. Either you replace batteries or you don't but the policy should be posted so there's no question."
"First time visiting this store and it’s the absolute worse customer service I’ve received from any retail store. I work for financial institution and deal with customers on daily basis so I know what good service is and what the expectation is when it comes to treating customers. The rep that assisted me was very defensive when I simply asked for an explanation/break down of the discount he was giving me and break down of the price of the remanufactured product I was about to purchase. Only reason why I asked for a break down was because the rep asked me to buy some engine oil to help his numbers and he would give me a discount. I agreed,but when I got the counter I didn’t really see a discount and was confused with the price of the product. He was upset that I asked for an explanation and didn’t see the discount. Rep became upset and defensive and said he didn’t know why I thought he was trying to “finesse” me. I responded and said that’s not it and that I was simply trying to understand pricing since I was under the impression it would be different. I ended up walking out of the store, I am not going to provide my business to store with that type of treatment. Simply didn’t like the reps attitude and if he wanted my help as he said for his numbers, he would have treated me differently. Not going to assume anything, but if he got really defensive then he really wasn’t giving me a discount. Absolute worst service, 1 star is doing this any justice - zero stars should be an option."
"- nice selection of stuff - clean and organized layout - they normally have everything I'm looking for - staff is a bit slow and lazy it seems, if you ask for an item and they have to go find it they huff & puff about doing so - staff aren't that friendly and kind of have an attitude, the ladies have more of a attitude problem then they guys at this location.. if you can't act friendly even when you're having a bad day then DONT work in customer service - prices are good for most items especially if you have coupons - if the staff would be more friendly I'd give it a better rating, I'd recommend if you need something very quick but that's all.. I'll be going a bit farther out to a different one for better service next time"
