"Made an appt for brakes it was confirmed and immediately told to leave because there’s no way they could do brakes in an hour……..you know how to make the appt but you don’t know how to hold it, or at the least extremely least call the customer to let him know before he leaves work early to get brakes done. Giving it 0% love it"

Deduction of 2 stars is from an extremely unprofessional technician at this location who turned his job stress into an unjustified rudeness to me. Please send him to customer service training. If it were my business he’d be gone. Also, the waiting room needs serious attention for those who have to wait."
