"I've used Denny a number of times in the past with very good results. But on my most recent visit for an insurance repair of sheet metal the quality simply wasn't there and he was disinclined to do the right thing and re-work the door. I don't know if it's because in the past Denny himself did the work and now he has younger guys doing some of the work and it's not the same quality as when he did it himself. In any case, the sheet metal didn't line up the way it should and the trim pieces were not tight. Gaps were apparent. Very disappointed in the quality. Denny was better than this in the past. I won't be back. He needs to insist on his employees being able to turn out the same quality he could do in his prime or he's going to lose more customers over time."
