"undercooked pizza was soft and hanging down totally disgusting and it looks like they just throw the veggies on top of the pizza they were also not cook.Not the first time this happen the girl who took my order was really rude."

"Speed of delivery was great! Pizza was semi warm not pipping hot, bread sticks completely stale disgusting!! Mgr kept stating food was hot, and if I wanted her to redeliver my order I opted for a credit. Don't think I'd order from here again."

"I received my order on time, however severely undercooked, pizza was soft and hanging down limply when I wanted to serve it. Since this was not the first time (I’ve always responded to the survey, but never received an answer), I called the place, was asked to send photos, refused a refund, and hung up on. Needless to say that I sent a complaint to corporate. We used to order almost weekly, but it’s time for a change. Not recommend!"

"I have never been disappointed with Pizza Hit every time I’ve ordered from stores. Today when I ordered a carry out order I walked in the store and waiting almost 15 minutes before someone finally came to help. I saw someone back on there phone with headphones on ignoring us. After I finally got my food I asked to buy two drinks separate and was told I could not because she can’t work the machine. What if I didn’t pay online already. The wings were not the correct sauce and had barely any sauce at all it was like McDonald’s putting sauce on something (non-existent). Like I said I’ve never had a bad experience but I don’t know if I will ever be back!"
