"We were on a trip to an airport when our car shuddered when we applied the brakes. We happened to see "Cape Auto" advertised on a billboard. We drove straight to the one on College Blvd. My husband explained the situation. A gentleman at the desk said they were booked up that day, but that he would take our car for a ride to see if it was safe to drive to our destination. He drove it and explained that 'something' (can't remember the part name) was warped, and that it needed to be fixed soon, but that it was not an emergency. We couldn't have been more relieved! My husband gave him a tip, which he tried to refuse. He made our day. If that business is that kind to strangers, I can't imagine how wonderful they must be to their regular customers! "Needed a new turbo. I was going to pay the full price of almost 2 grand when they advised me my warranty was still in full effect. Ended up only having to come out my pocket a couple hundred so they saved me mad money. Definitely will be using them from here on out. Plus they’re right up the street from my house."

"I took my car to a dealer and asked them to take a look at my parking sensors (because I thought it was under warranty) Someone took a look and said they are not working and that I need make to an appointment my with my service advisor. On the way home I went by Cape Auto to ask them to take look at it. They came out immediately, sat in the front seat and flipped a switch that I was not aware of. ALL FIXED. NO CHARGE AND ON MY WAY!! This is the second time that Cape Auto helped me with a problem that another company was trying to hit me with a large ($5,000) bill that they claimed I needed. Cape Auto fixed the problem for under $300 and I drove the car for five more years before I sold it. It is still running very well. They are honest and dependable!!!!!"
