"The guys were so friendly and quick! I am usually pressured into the extra bells and whistles and some places cannot take no for an answer. They asked me as I assume it's apart of their job but they didn't push it."

"Really nice crew, small facility but they were quick and efficient. Only one teeny tiny problem... they were messy After driving out, I immediately smelled oil in my cab. It started to dissipate after a couple miles, but it lingers. Today, I looked underneath to find large oil splashes on the heatshield. The drain plug looked fine, though, which was a relief. Hopefully, it's gone soon, but I'd rather go to another spot and wait twice as long then deal with that headache again."

"Improperly put back on my under tray and then denied that it had anything to do with them after I returned immediately due to it dragging on the road. Manager was extremely dismissive and claimed they had video of the car's undercarriage in its previous state but refused to show me the video when I returned. Just not worth the headache of dealing with Michael the Manager. To the response from the company, anyone reading this don’t interpret that as them taking any sort of responsibility for their employees. I specifically asked if the area manager would handle the claim I submitted and instead they decided to take the lazy route and not investigate nor call me back and just let Michael close out the claim. Your company damages people’s cars, puts on a facade that they care what happened but then just tries to sweep them under the rug. Absolute garbage business practices."

"I usually leave a review on an overall standpoint, but today I would like to shoutout a specific employee who made my experience at this location very pleasant. Dakota was very knowledgeable and efficient when helping to service my car. She didn't make me feel pressured when suggesting other services, just fully explained what the service was and why I should get it done in the near future."

"They were very polite employees and the wait time wasn't too bad. However, the technicians forgot to reset the "get oil change light," and it kept coming on. My husband had to take the truck to a different location to get it corrected."
