"I feel they should have taking more time to remove headlight assembly. The Mercedes headlight unbolts easily. They were not knowledgeable in the removal. They decided to just break the bottom mounting off the headlight assembly. I would have rejected the headlamp but it was hard to find. They didn't even offer to adjust the price a little. Fortunately I was able to use the broken part from my existing headlamp. Also they stripped the adjustment threads out of the plastic headlamp by not knowing it unbolts from the underside."

Well, they called me back way quicker than expected and had the part and in the right color!!! These guys get the part for you! I'm guessing it isn't a pick and pull your own parts.
