I have a 3-year-old and you can only imagine what the seats look like. When I picked up my vehicle it was vacuumed and absolutely amazing, I was thinking about going to get my car detailed after I picked it up from getting it fixed. I was totally blown away with their level of customer care and service. The front staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. Super professional from the time I first walked in, to make the appointment, until the time I left with my finished repairs. There's a reason they have all 5 star reviews, and it's no shock there's a bit of a wait list to get your vehicle in. Be patient... it's worth waiting for. Once my truck was in, the process was pretty quick. They update by text every few days and call if further explanation is necessary. Once they assessed the damage, they set an expected completion date and they were done when they said they'd be. Very pleasant experience. I couldn't be happier.
