"Today marks one year since this shop allowed one of their mechanics to drain my transmission fluid thinking it was engine oil, and then they double filled my engine oil resulting in the engine, exhaust, air filter, etc. to be filled with oil. The car would not start until all 8 cylinders had the oil pumped out of them, but still fills the cabin with smoke. I have been without a car since then because pep boys corporate has been fighting me every step of the way because they claim there is nothing wrong with it even though 3 Audi shops have quoted me over 50,000 dollars worth of damage. An oil change should be one of the easiest things to do whenever it is your profession. Please do not bring your car to pep boys."

"I got my oil changed in March. It took about 5 hours. They couldn’t even change my air filter. That’s fine. I went to get my oil changed today somewhere else and they caulked my oil plug. The guy could barely get it off. He said whoever did my last oil change, did not know what they were doing. This is why I had to call multiple times to see if my car would be ready. It literally took 5 hours for an oil change. Please do not go here. They will mess your car up. Completely unacceptable. Not to mention the guy at the counter was watching a movie while I was trying to check out. I wasn’t going to leave a review until the guy who changed my oil said the previous severely messed it up. Do not go here."

"They got me with the old online bait and switch.. scheduled my appointment to get four brand new Cooper tires at 6:30 EST, arrived early and was told all the tire techs go home at 4:30 EST. Store personnel told me it's not their fault it's the website's fault there's nothing we can do about it. Manager reached out the next day told me I can just drop it off on a Saturday and they'll try to get it finished. Saturday morning I dropped my vehicle and was told the products that I scheduled for installation or not available All they could do was give me a cheaper quality tire and a discount.. Overall experience was horrible"

"I requested that the oil and filter be changed, the brakes checked and the tires rotated. I mark things to insure that the job is done properly. It appeared that the oil and filter were changed, the tires were not rotated nor where they removed to check the breaks. When I bring my vehicle in for service I expect everything that I request to be done and done right. Pep Boys won't see my car again."

"Set up an appointment using the Pep Boys online scheduling tool and it was super easy. Gave me multipool time slots that were in 30 minute intervals. VERY EASY TO USE Service was fast and friendly."
