"Being kind goes a long way. Stopped here while getting gas and notice one of my tires has low pressure and asked one of the mechanics to put some air in my after I pumped gas, he instantly brushed me off, I wasn’t ask for him to do it for free. I’m pregnant and little task are starting to become harder than usual. I know everyone has there days but being a blessing to someone else goes a long way."

"I’ve been going to BWI Automotive for all repairs and maintenance on my van for a few years now. The owner’s name is Lucky. He’s a good guy. Him and all his mechanics are. Give him a chance if you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable mechanic. Yesterday, I went in for an oil change and he found a serious problem with my van, 3 broken mounts. His mechanic showed me how bad it was. It took a few hours but he got the work done that day and for a reasonable price. All the weird noises that I thought were just from my van being old, are now gone. It drives and sounds so much better. I’ve had several major repairs done here and it’s always been a good experience. I won’t go anywhere else."

"Driving from Florida back up to New York we lost our rear brakes and found this place with its great reviews close to where we pulled off I95. They were able to get us the parts and install the rear brakes and rotors in the late afternoon and get us back on our way within 2 hours. "On the last night of a 13-day road trip (a Friday night), and almost 500 miles from home, the car would not start. On Saturday morning we first called the local Toyota dealer who said they were booked until the following Thursday. They said we could have the car towed there, but they couldn't get the parts until they looked at the car, all of which was a non-starter. We then found BWI Automotive online, and they had good reviews. I called and was told they had a service bay open if we could get the car to them. About an hour later the car was in the service bay, the problem was diagnosed, and the parts were obtained. Unbelievable!! The problem was the starter. They replaced the battery and starter, I had them perform an oil change since the car was in the shop, and we were on our way by noon. The staff were professional and courteous, and the price was reasonable. AND, clean rest rooms and a waiting area!! Give these guys a call!"
