"Needed windshield replaced and called to set up a time for Millennium to come out. I was told someone would be out between 10am and 1pm the following day. Nobody ever called to say that they would be late or anything and finally at 245 I got a call saying someone was at my place. I ended up leaving my house at around 230 so I obviously missed him. I told him the time frame I was given and nobody called to let me know he was on the way. He was not aware of the time which is why he showed up at 245. He apologized and asked when another good time would be, which I said Saturday morning would be an option. He said someone would get back to me to set up an appointment but nobody ever called. Communication is NOT here. Luckily I had been off of work that day, but still a complete waste of my morning. Called Genesis Auto Glass in Laurel and they came out right away and charged even less."

"Horrible experience!!! The owner was very ignorant and on more then one occasion she began to tell me that she doesnt care. The replaced my rear window, scratched the paint, ripped the headliner, broke tabs on the pillars and got glue everywhere and missing trims, highly recommend AVOID!!"
