"I used to come to this location often for great service. I usually had to wait a while, but the work was always done efficiently and correctly while the staff was always friendly. Over the past 4 months I've tried to get my car in twice and have been unsuccessful. The first time I had an appointment booked (online). I got there and the guy said it wasn't happening. The second time (Saturday), I walk in for a quick brake check and tire rotation. The woman said she doesn't have a technician to perform the service and won't have one until Monday. I don't know if ownership has changed or what, but I have never had such bad luck with getting simple services performed."

"I came into Mr. Tire fearing the worst. I have an older Toyota 4 Runner. For the past week I had noticed rattling and unusual noises coming from underneath the vehicle near the passenger side. I had convinced myself a part was getting ready to fall off. The Store Manager, Chris Roy, immediately put my fears to rest. Within 15 minutes my vehicle was inside the bay and the technician had found the problem. Nothing major besides a little tightening up and adjustments. "After having to get one of the vehicles jump-started twice by AAA, it was evident to me that a new battery was needed.From arrival to driving off with my new battery was about 1 hour. The manager even shared with me information to share with my daughter about what to expect in the future for when it is time for her to get a battery. He gave an informal visual presentation of batteries and the different locations in the vehicles where these batteries can be found. Much appreciated!"

"When I walked in I met a gentleman name Chris who treated me with the utmost respect. He was kind and very internet savvy for his age which really surprised me. I went to the waiting area which was very clean along with the bathroom. Normally, when waiting in auto service shops the bathroom is super dirty or looks unsanitary, but this Mr. Tire very and didn't smell. Overall the shop was clean, respectful employees and most important to us customers. NOT CROWDED! I came in for a oil change and was in & out of this Mr. Tires in 15 minutes. I also ran out of windshield washer fuild and I didn't mention it to the staff. I wanted to see if they actually change your fuilds & brakes and to my surprise they do. I used the windsheild washer fuild and it work and my brake where also change. Overall Mr. Tire was a great experience and I won't be using Pep boy's anymore. If you live in the Edgewater area and need sonething done to your car in a timely fashion I suggest you come here."

"The service manager I believe his name is Chris was awesome and went out of his way to help me with my vehicle and getting a correct headlight. He removed it so I could go next door to purchase the correct light and then he installed the new one. I am definitely coming back when I need tires!"
