"We had got a jump and needed a battery test . It was raining last evening . 12/27/23.The young lady said that we didn’t understand that water from the rain and electricity do not mix and she couldn’t test the battery . The gentleman in the store setting and on his cell phone said they didn’t have a bay like Mr Tire or Pep Boy . I assume he didn’t want to get wet . We went next door to Mister Tire and had a battery tested and installed."

"Warning… my tone is coming from a place of frustration. 2 Advance Auto Parts later (Annapolis and Edgewater), this establishment, known for diagnosing and replacing batteries, was useless. Nobody at either location could figure out how to access my battery in my 2011 Lexus CT 200h. Not even with google. Smh. Thanks for Nathan!"

The old battery was really determined to try and sta, but Julio was patient and skillful and managed to get it removed. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous. "Thanks to Isaac at Advanced Auto Parts for helping us install a new battery tonight. Me and my family have been trying to get a new car battery for a few days. We finally found a good deal and great customer service at the Edgewater MD Advanced Auto Parts. We met Isaac, he was very easy to talk to and took his time to remove the old battery and install a new one- minutes before the store was about to close.
