"The Petalpalooza festival was nice and it was free. The only downside is the parking since I only found street parking and that is for only 2 hours so you have to move your car every 2 hours"

"I remember coming to this area just 10 years ago and it was not the part of town where you would want to bring your family. Now it has several beautiful boardwalks, bridges and green space that make this a great hangout venue. There are lots of great restaurants on the water with even more just up a ways.i really enjoy this area."
