"I had a party of eight. In the store there were two servers and one of them was ours. I needed the server three times and all three times I had to go find her. She never returned to ask us if we needed refills or anything else. We were the only customers she had the entire time we were there. The other server was very busy going back and forth between her party in the kitchen. Two of the three times we needed our server we asked the other server to get her for us. One of our orders was a salad and we had hair in the salad and I had to go find the server to replace it, which she did. The next salad we found more hair in the salad. We had to tell the server we wanted a manager it wasn't offered. The manager took the salad off the bill and gave us the employees discount. The manager told us they threw away the salad mixed and made new salad. We either leaders very frequently in the food is wonderful. However, the service is not the same everywhere we go. We visit the Lothian Ledo frequently and everything is wonderful."

"2nd time in a row this shop messed up my order. Asked for pre cooked bacon and did not have any on pizza when I arrived. Requested a hot honey Stromboli, got a regular Stromboli instead. Asked for no black olives on salad, black olives on salad....really disappointed."

"We have been ordering from this location for years. In the past the portions, the food, and the have all been amazing! Tonight was not the same experience. The 2 salads we received were way smaller than in the past especially for the money we paid. They tasted good which is why there is 3 stars and not 1. Maybe they didn't have the containers they are snormally served in, or they've changed the portion size. The meat portion wasn't the same the salad portion definitely wasn't the same. We are definitely going to go elsewhere if this is the standard moving forward."

"Ledos forget to add bacon so they dump bacon on top after make the pizza so went you eat it the bacon fall from you pizza but they don’t cut Corners lol Dominos pizza do better"
