"Don’t do it! I took my car to the Dobbin Road location and it was a nightmare. The crew finished my oil change in 10 minute and I questioned it. I drove to New Jersey for the weekend and on my way back the engine shut down bc they didn’t screw on the oil cap and it was almost bone dry. My car broke down on my way home on 95, had it towed back to Jiffy Lube and met my mechanic there. My mechanic said they didn’t screw on the cap. Fast forward a few months, my engine locked due to an internal oil leak. Nothing was wrong with my car before it took it to Jiffy Lube BAD BUSINESS"

"I usually go to the Jessup location and never had any issues. But I was in the area & decided to get my oil changed here. I left with an oil leak. I called & was told to bring the car back the next day. I’m not sure what they did but nothing was fixed. My car continued to leak oil & then my check engine light came on. BEWARE. These “mechanics” at this location don’t even know how to perform a basic oil change."

"Went to get an oil change and the mechanic was completely insensitive to my situation. I understand that the car could not be worked on but he was extremely rude, I asked questions and all he kept doing was shaking his head and saying “nope” “nope” “nope” “can’t help you” I have been coming here for years and will never return. He was the most rude mechanic I have ever encountered. An older gentleman with a ponytail to be specific (just so that no one else gets reprimanded for this review). The other mechanics were extremely nice. I will never return here again just because of my experience."

"I have gone here quite frequently, off and on for over twenty years. There were several years when I lived out of state so I couldn't visit this location. Overall the service is still pretty good. However I have noticed that the new staff is not as conscientious as the old crew, who used to work there. Of course it's to be expected that eventually there would be a turnover of staff after 20 years! After an oil change, I noticed that something wasn't quite right. I took my vehicle back and explained what was happening. However the "team leader" or assistant manager, shrugged it off and said he didn't see anything wrong. A few weeks later, I called and asked to speak with the main person in charge. He told me to bring the car in, and he would take a look. When I arrived, he put the car up on the stand, so that he could properly evaluate what was happening underneath. He found the problem! It's a good thing I didn't just listen to the assistant manager, who said he didn't see anything wrong. He didn't put the car up on the stand, so no wonder he couldn't find the problem. I hope the new team will come to truly enjoy their jobs, and learn all that they can about vehicles and the maintenance of them. The old crew were true professionals who cared about doing great work. May God bless them! They kept my other vehicle on the road for many years."

"Went in for an oil change. Experience inside was good and I left and went directly home. A few hours later I went outside and saw the rear tire, that they noted on the receipt that they put air in, was flat. I called the shop the next morning and was told there was there was no way to prove they caused it, despite the insane odds of it going flat from a 2 mile drive from their shop to my home. They said there was nothing they could do. Thanks for making me miss work to deal with this! I would not recommend this place at all."
