"Food is absolutely amazing. One of the best underground places around the Pasadena area to eat. The pizza is so flavorful and they have an endless menu to choose from as well. The pizza oven is also really really cool. The service we received from Megan was outstanding. So friendly and up to having conversations. The atmosphere is amazing there and we will definitely be coming back. 100 percent recommend for anyone in the area."

"It was a rainy day and my husband and I were out Christmas shopping and decided to sit down in Pat's for a late lunch. What we learned is that dining in is not exactly like most restaurants. Instead, you grab a menu and seat yourself. When you're ready to order you go back to the counter, place your order and pay. You get a # to put on your table and then a server delivers the food when it's ready. It ended up feeling like a fancier fast food only the food was better than that. It was made to order and for the most part actually pretty good. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy that day, just what we were looking for. I didn't give 5 stars mostly because of the service...it wasn't bad just wasn't that good either. No one really explained how things worked so we were sitting at the table ready to order waiting for a server. We just happened to figure out that we needed to return to the counter to place our order. Maybe they assumed we had been there before but it would've been nice to know the lay of the land. Also, our food was good but the only complaint was that the coconut shrimp appetizer tasted like something that had been in the freezer for a while. Overall, it was a friendly neighborhood spot for a good bite. I will definitely back again."

"We just moved to the area and found a flyer for this place in the mail, so we thought we'd check it out. You order at the counter and can eat there or get your items to go. They also deliver. We ordered mild wings, a roman margherita pizza, and a meat lovers pizza. Wings had great flavor and were saucy and delicious. Our pizzas were cooked perfectly too. Jessica, one of the team members assisting us with our order was so friendly and had great customer service skills. We'll be back to try out more of their very large menu!"
