"I can not express how grateful I am for the entire team at the Chevrolet Service Center! I've been loyal with bringing our Traverse to them for maintenance since our purchase from this dealership 3 years and with reason! They're professional, courteous, honest, and consistent. Just recently, I started experiencing traction control issues and was certain it was a minor issue that we could DIY. Within 2 weeks, it started to get a little scary when the car would jump each time I tried to push past 50 mph. We bit the bullet and decided it was time to take it in. Turns out this was no minor issue at all, but a major problem involving a leaking steering rack. The whole thing had to be replaced! In addition, the tires were no longer safe to drive. Before I could panic, Mandeep (love this guy!) had already submitted a request to have our extended warranty cover the replacement cost AND the cost of a loaner. He consistently communicated throughout the evening and even had my loaner ready when I arrived the next day. By the time our car was finally ready for pick up, I felt as if I made a new friend. Every single interaction from start to finish was a gentleman who truly cared. He turned an anxious situation into an incredible experience... and for that, I'll always be grateful (and loyal)! Thank you Mandeep and team!!"

"This place is very decent and organized. Nick was very professional and patient. My old car had an issue with the electrical system that unfortunately expired the date of warranty coverage. Nick and his colleagues still tried their best to consult with GM and save me money!"

"Scheduled a few test drives with Petros. At the dealership, the desks were appropriately spaced and sectioned, masks were worn at all times, and both vehicles were clean and ready. He was knowledgeable about the cars and available models, and offered helpful insight while being mindful to our limited time. Overall an excellent experience."

"Very disorganized, poor communication and I would be very concerned about buying a vehicle from this dealer. Showed up for an appointment to test drive a new Suburban. When I scheduled the appointment I was told that the vehicle would be sanitized and ready to drive. However, when we arrived the vehicle was not ready. The salesperson who we were scheduled to meet immediately passed us to someone more junior. We eventually drove the vehicle but had to drive to their other lot which was about 5-10 mins north. The vehicle was in a back lot so clearly our test drive was an afterthought. I don’t trust them when they say a vehicle was sanitized!!! To make matters worse, when we got pricing, the price was much higher than the online price! Ridiculous way to treat customers in this day and age. Bottom line— dealership is poorly organized and I do not trust the staff."
