"I took my car to this Jiffy Lube yesterday and had a signature service. But after they where done, I realized my tires are even more deflated. I returned to the store and told them about this and they said it's because they just pumped them and the pressure sensor takes a bit to catch up!!!! it's been a day now but the pressure sensor has not caught up. OR MAYBE THEY DON'T DO WHAT THEY WRITE IN THE RECEIPT!! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!"

"The service was initially fine (I thought) but 3 months later, I noticed a funny smell. It turns out they didn't replace a washer, and the transmission fluid has been leaking for 3 months. I ended up having to take it to a real mechanic, and they were able to fix it and clean the engine. The manager of Jiffy Lube was gracious and refunded me for the service right away, but I am still not that happy about the extra time and expense incurred. I will not be going back."
