"Montrose Garage did great work on my 2022 RAV4 Prime. For this particular model, in order to install the OEM Towing Hitch the rear fiberglass bumper needed to be cut. Me, not having a steady hand, left it the professionals here. They were able to install it with a factory look. They also installed the wiring harness for me as well. Toyota didn't make it easy for them as they gave instructions for only the gas model RAV4 which would require them to run the wire all the way to the front engine bay battery. This was not true with the Prime as the 12v battery is in the rear. The team communicated their concerns very timely to ensure the work was done as I expected. Even with some of the unexpected changes, they didn't stray from the quote they provided."
