"Definitely a carry out not dine in. Never had anything I didn't like!"
"Great pizza. They have vegan options too"
"Have been ordering from Angelico's for years, but this will be my last time, as an employee called my partner fat... seemingly in anger? Today we ordered 2 pizzas online, a cheese and a margherita. Two margheritas showed up at our door, and the crusts were slightly burnt, so my partner called to resolve it. The person who answered the phone said, I don't know what you want me to do, this isnt my problem, and was generally unhelpful. So my partner said, well, this has been useless, said goodbye, and ended the call. Not the kindest thing, perhaps, but technically accurate and borne of frustration. All of that would be fine, it is what it is, mistakes happen. But then the employee picked up the phone to *call my partner back* to say "well, you're fat." I honestly can't believe that really happened. When asked, the person said they were the manager, and then said, come down here, whatcha gonna do. I'm assuming it's a teenager, and not the manager, but calling back to call ancustomer fat is so petty and entirely... unnecessary? Thus, my last time ordering."
"One star doesn't reflect the quality of the food. It merely reflects the service I received today. So, I've been ordering from Angelico's for about four years. When I call, I don't have to give my address because it's filed in the system with my number. I called today and it was pretty obvious that I was speaking to someone who didn't handle the phones regularly, but she was nice. When I gave my phone number, it was no longer filed in the system. Not sure what that was about. When I gave the address, her driver said that I was 3 miles away, putting me outside the delivery area. Their delivery radius is 2 miles and I live 1.9 miles away which is why I've received delivery service for 4+ years. I don't like the fact that the driver was too lazy to make this delivery and just blatantly lied to get out of doing so. I've been a loyal customer for years, but I'll have to find a new spot. Too bad - I liked the canoli."
"Better than most mainstream chain pizza, for sure. When ordering something for delivery, make it a point to ask the staff on the phone how much the total price for the order is, including delivery fee. They've got a nasty habit of giving you the base price over the phone, then leaving it to the delivery guy to tell you the total cost of your order. It's almost impossible to predict, too, as the fees bounce around without notice. I've had an $11 pizza (my usual) cost anywhere from $13 to $19."
