Domino's Pizza

"Fed up. We've ordered a LOT from this place & sadly it has gone down. Our last 2 orders were wrong: we paid for extra chicken & got NO chicken on our pizza. The time before we were overcharged (discount was supposed to be applied & was not). Each time i've tried to reach customer service via the app & i've called the store several Xs too - nonresponsive. Can't get thru to the manager (told to call back several times, other times they just dont pick up). We used to put in large orders for parties & other events & i used to compliment Domino's on improving their pizza quality, but these days i am fed up w the repeated issues + no resolution, no apology. Feels like our longtime loyalty is taken for granted here. You cant keep messing up, ignoring your customers & expecting us to return :("

"I ordered today for curbside pick up. My pizza was supposed to be ready my 5:15pm I got the checked in on the app. It said my pizza was on the oven at 5:17pm I waitedfir about 10 minutes then the app said my order was ready 2 min counter started. If it takes longer than 2 minutes to bring it out the next pizza is free. After a little over a minute the timer was stopped in the app. The late time was 5:27pm the pizza didn't come out until 5:31pm. Be careful they are not honoring their promise the policy."

"I order xl pizza and get this pizza come on i working in pizza place’s more then 10 years and this one is not pizza and asked they said can’t make it better because this xtra large I not give any recommendations this place I waste my money"

"Poured Alfredo sauce over my wings instead of asking me if there was an alternative. Left on hold until the store closed. Wasted my money, unprofessional, no customer service and no respect. Order elsewhere."

"Does this look like extra cheese? This was one of the driest pizzas I’ve ever had from Domino’s. The quality has deteriorated. I literally threw the Domino’s Pizza away and ordered from Papa Johns. Domino’s is the picture to the left while Papa Johns is the picture to the right. Clearly a huge difference. I’ve officially given up on Domino’s. Too many bad experiences."
