"I don't know what happened to PJs. We were regular customers. But all of a sudden prices increased a lot and the pizzas became very sulky. Barely any tomato sauce (you can see the dough!), and I have to look for the 2 toppings with a magnifying glass, especially the mushrooms. We will give it 1 more go, but if it will be the same, they just lost a customer."

"The pizza is fine. The people are idiocracy. I ordered on the Papa John's app and it said 30-40 minutes. Over 1hr 20 still waiting. Try to call the store 5 times and it auto-disconnects. Got an operator eventually and she had no record of my order. Finally got the store and they had no idea what was going on but just assured me my pizza would get there eventually. Still waiting."
