"David and Tyler are absolutely lovey! I have so many good things to say about the service department. This was the first time I had to wait with the dog and kudus to this Subaru! They had a little doggie hammock in the waiting area! Then when we left they gave the pup her first car! David and Tyler really made the experience of getting an oil change and tire rotation seamless and painless. There was a girl at the front desk (not service department) that almost ruined my entire trip. She made me feel awkward for waiting my cars oil to be changed.. She really didn't match the rest of the energy there. Going back to the great parts now, so there has been a few times that my cars liftgate has gotten stuck (then my battery died) and Tyler has literally walked me through how to fix it over the phone. Every time we have gone in David and Tyler have us laughing and make us fee at home."

"We were traveling to NY when our tire needed to be replaced due to a nail. Service Department was very professional, friendly and competent. They replaced our tire in about an hour even though we had no appointment and there was a snowstorm. The waiting area was clean and hospitable. We would highly recommend!!"

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the area and the bathrooms. All of the staff I interacted with were very helpful and courteous. There are snacks and drinks available. I purchased my second Subaru at Stohlman Subaru of Sterling (first one bought at another dealer in VA) and the sales team was very transparent and low on pressure. I also felt like I was in the driver's seat throughout the purchase process. Service and parts department are also friendly, courteous, and transparent. The waiting area is also spacious. Subaru dealerships are, at least in my experience, above average in customer service and experience over other auto dealers and Stohlman is on the top of my Subaru dealer list!"

"Disclaimer: My Car Buying experience is completely different our car service experience. Car Buying Experience: excellent! Car Service experience: worse. The front desk is not at all professional, courteous, or friendly towards my family. She should not be at that front desk. If you are the face of the dealership, all the above qualities should be present, no matter what time of the day or who may ever it is to. Very discriminatory attitude. My wife called the store manager and he stated, he will report to his superior and its been 2 months, we have not heard one single email or a phone call. we bought two cars from this dealership only because the sales rep was very friendly, professional and had great personality."
