"In the past, this was the best Italian restaurant in the area. While it's still good I would say it is only okay at this point. Expect to pay $20 per meal for dinner. There is a ton of seating including outdoor seating when it is warmer."

"Always a favorite with us. The service is always good and the food is just fantastic. One person in our group got this spinach salad and it was so good that all of us started trying to steal bits of it from her. Their pizza is truly one of the best you'll find in the DC metro area. You basically have to go to New York to get a better New York style pizza. This is always a go-to place when we just want a good slice of pizza and a very casual atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're into a good slice of New York styled pizza get yourself over to Mamma Lucia. Side note their gluten-free cauliflower crust pizza is also really good. So if you can't eat gluten this is still a great place for you to grab a slice of pizza."

"Absolute rudest hostess I've ever encountered. We had a reservation for 5pm and when we arrived she was very dismissive because there were 6 of us. We said "oh, we made a reservation" and she actually signed out loud, snatched the menus off the counter and said "well, come on!". At 6:45 we still hadn't received our food. We had an engagement at 7pm and told them sorry, we HAVE to leave, can we have the bill for drinks? Nothing!! Our party finally had to stand up and all but 2 left the restaurant before the waiter came over and checked in with us. Unbelievable! So if you aren't hungry, appreciate rude/dismissive staff, and a smoke filled dining room.... this is the place for you!"

I savored a delicious combination of pizza and ravioli, and they were prepared to perfection. The flavors were simply outstanding. Our server, Roberto, deserves a special mention for his kindness and helpfulness throughout our meal. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable dining experience. His attentiveness and knowledge of the menu truly enhanced our visit. To top it off, we enjoyed a fine selection of wines that complemented our meal beautifully. Mama Lucia is a wonderful place for a delicious Italian meal with exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a culinary delight in Olney. Parking was great as its in a shopping center ."
