"Order was send go wrong address was never able to cancel it because they were putting me on hold"

"Ordered food for my family. The forgot my sandwich and I called them as soon as I knew. Was told they would send it out and it would be here in 20 mins… 40 minutes later and the driver finally showed. Then they told me it was going to be a $5 charge!!! I already paid for my food and it’s not my fault they messed up. So I had to call back and argue with the manager! Why!? I will never spend my money with them again!"

"My food was over cooked and barely edible. I stopped eating dominoes because of its poor quality and thought I see if the quality has gotten better , it hasn’t . I should of went to a regular pizza shop the quality would have been worth the price I feel bad feeding my kids this horrible pizza but it late now and they have school in the am"

"Food arrived and it was/is clear it was shifting around in the boxes. Worst part its cold from sitting outside so long. The driver left the food on the porch without ringing the doorbell to let me know he arrived (even though I asked in the instructions to ring the bell). The food sat outside for 17 minutes before I checked my cameras. Tried calling the location 3x and just received a busy signal. It’s a Thursday at 8:30pm but I can’t get through. Worst dominoes service I have received."

"I’ve been ordering at this location for years. Always great service. The delivery guys are always pleasant and the team picking up the phone are just as nice. Today I had a guy named Felix pick up and had a completely different experience than usual. I felt like I was bothering him and kept me on hold for such a long time. He has taken my order a few times and definitely needs some training on customer service. The only reason why this is a 3 star is because of how great the other team is."
