"I found them on the internet because of their excellent ratings, so it is only fair that I add mine. Front desk lady Hallie? answered the phone and was very polite and professional. I needed to have small nail in the tire looked at. It's a fairly new Porsche under factory warranty so I was nervous about anyone outside the dealership work on it. However Hallie reassured me that all precautions will be taken. I was able to get an appointment say day. They had me in and out, and provided the small nail as a souvenir as I requested. Since the wheels were not taken off the car, I didn't have to worry too much about too many electronic issues. I drove the car home and everything seems proper. While in the waiting room I observed the demeanor of several staff with each other and other customer. I am happy to report that I have found a new Mechanic... for all my cars."

"I have posted 5 Star reviews via Google, but for some reason they have not appeared. We relocated to Ashburn about 5 years ago and have searched, tried and been unsuccessful in finding a competent mechanic. Several dealership maintenance departments disappointed over and over again, supposed independent chains had high turnover so we never knew who was working on our car. It ironically took a pretty bad accident where Caliber Collision (remarkable shop in its own right) referred us to Mike Fallon. Caliber noted that they referred to Fallon for their mechanical reconstructive work. We have had service multiple times now and every experience has been professional, competent, reflecting mastery of the mechanical/electrical and maintenance needs of a computer based auto. "I have been taking my cars to Fallon Automotive ever since they first opened at the old location on Enterprise Ct. In that time they have always dealt straight with me and their work has always been good. The one time I did have a problem with a repair, I gave them a call and Mike made it right. Their prices have always been fair -- a little better than other shops I have dealt with and A LOT cheaper than a dealer. Some other shops I have used have "found" things that needed to be repaired that really did not. This has never happened to me at Fallon. I absolutely recommend them."
