The Shipping Store

"My sister took me to The Shipping Store to send family items and heirlooms after our mother's death. Sean and staff were very kind and thorough. Everything arrived at my California home in perfect condition. I am very impressed with their shipping services and, ever more so, with their customer service."

"This might be the worst UPS store I've ever been to. They will not give you a receipt for a drop off. They will not scan your drop off to make sure that you get confirmation for the drop off. It doesn't matter what your drop off is. Whether it's $5 or $5,000, you just put it in a bin, not behind the register. So anybody can come and just take it and since they didn't scan it, it's not accounted for. And to make matters worse, they will not hesitate to talk down to you. There are plenty of other places to use in the local area within a mile of the store. Do not use them. Edit after response. I agree, not a UPS store. So let me correct. Worst shipping store I have ever been to. Also, I have been to the store multiple times due to the convenient location and I always been very courteous. I have asked each time for a receipt and never been given the instructions on how to get a receipt or sell printer receipt. Also. Thank you for confirming that the store does not take possession of any drop off items. Anyone can go and look at my hundreds of reviews and see that I almost never give a one-star review. I have wanted to give a one-star review of this location for a very long time but of withheld because I hate doing it. They have finally earned it."
