Reviews
"The parks department has fixed the drainage problems, but at the softball fields and the tennis courts. Lines were added for pickleball for one of the tennis courts. Hoping pickleball lines will be added to the other tennis court soon."
"Great venue, loved how spacious it was. Definitely plan to use it again!!"
"A large field is the heart of this park at the edge of the Homewood neighborhood in Kensington, MD. The field is home to daily dog play dates and afterschool baseball practices and weekend games. There is a paved walking trail, 2 tennis courts, and a playground. The park surrounds the back of Oakland Terrace Elementary."
"A fantastic local park with excellent accommodations. 4 slides, 6 swings, a teeter-totter: the works! Everything your kid needs to enjoy themselves for 5 - 60 min. I would suggest bringing a snack and plenty of water. Sunscreen is recommended on sunny days; bug spray is a good idea if it has rained recently."
"Great playground for a variety of ages. 4 "big kid" swings, one bucket swing, and one adaptive swing. Tri-level play structure with ladders, slides, fire pole and rock wall. Separate toddler ladder+slide, bouncy bee and see-saw. There are no public restrooms at this park, unless you rent the park activity building (which is also very nice!). Parking lot can hold 15 cars max."
