"All of the guys were great and very respectful. I had a request not to mess with anything in the backseat and my dog was in the back of my truck, and they totally respect my wishes, and my dog was even very calm during the whole process. And the guy vacuuming my truck, did a better job than me."

"Do not bring your vehicle to this location for an oil change. This Edgewood location changed my oil last time, and my mechanic advised me to never go back. Not only was the manager rude to my friend, (who also got an oil change that day & suggested I come here with him) but he also had an attitude with me as well. That’s fine! But when you mess with the safety of someone’s vehicle & don’t do your job properly… that’s completely unacceptable. My mechanic found that my oil pan plug was loose because it was over tightened & got stripped. The oil filter was loose & leaking. He’s not sure if they even put the right oil filter on my truck because there was metal shavings around the thread as if they tried to force a filter on. My mechanic had to struggle to get the metal pieces off so he could replace the oil filter. Do not trust this Jiffy Lube."

While they were doing work, they noticed something else and brought me out to show me what was wrong, while giving me options on what to do next with it. Quick work given the circumstances of what was needed and made sure things were set to go before handing the keys back over."

"This was my third time there. But these guys customer service is A1. Jordan and the other guys handled my SUV with care. I came in for air in my tires, left with diagnostic result, and was able to get other things fixed on Suncrest. My car has felt so good on the road since! I've used jiffy lube in many places this is by far the best I've been to. I will keep you updated. I'm not one to move on unless it's too bad. But hopefully this jiffy lube never changes!"
