"I want to thank the team that helped me get my rotors and breaks fix.Thank God they were open during the snow storm 1/19/24.I was desperate to get my issue fixed.They didn't have the parts needed in the shop and a worker went to go get it so my service can be done. Reasonable prices and my breaks and rotors doesn't sound like a rusty crusty old TIN man that's in pain lol.I would recommend them to anyone.The man at the service desk also make sure your comfortable and satisfied with the price and service.Thank you I feel safe now."

"I rented a car from enterprise yesterday in WC pa and they gave me a car that had a splash guard basically falling off. I was driving to Florida so a little upset. I got to Delaware none of the enterprises locally had a car to switch. I finally went to enterprise on Pulaski hwy and they gave me an answer and solution, precision auto. Take it they’ll get it on the lift and fix it right away. That’s what I did. The service desk manager was amazing, friendly and funny! Super nice and helpful from the moment my daughter and I pulled up. The mechanics cut their lunch short to get my car on the lift bc the manager knew I was guna hit dc traffic if he didn’t have me out. Super awesome shop I’d highly recommend!"
