"Came for a warranty battery replacement. They checked my old one, did the warranty replacement, and had a new one installed in less than 20 minutes! I also grabbed some oil and a filter while they were replacing the battery and they recommended a different brand oil filter so I could take advantage of a promotion and save some money! Great experience."

"Jessa is awesome but everyone else is lazy and rude. When needing help the ladies in the front will stay on their phone and will only help when they are done. I had waited about 15 min before anyone will help me and when I asked for the manager he is barely ever there. The people get rude with you and most of the time have no clue about cars not even basic information. They need to get people in there that is actually going to work and help customers"

"If you’re looking for convenient service to look for the right auto parts I would not come here. Twice I have asked them to pull an oil filter for my car and both times they have given me the wrong one forcing me to leave my car on jacks with no oil and when I brought it up to them over the phone, I was told that I wouldn’t get a refund on the part and to just come “buy another filter”. No refund, No delivery to my door, and with no running car what do they expect me to do? I find it ridiculous that I can’t depend on employees to do a minimal task and I’m forced to spend more money I don’t necessarily have because maybe their employees aren’t exactly sober. Overall I wouldn’t come here and if you do I would grab the parts yourself and know before hand what exactly you need since the employees with the parts catalog don’t seem to know how to use it. If management would like to discuss this with me I would be glad to."
