"Do not go here 1)They are rude, no sense of customer service. I felt disrespected. Forget about welcome, thanks, etc. When I left the car, after completing the application no one came back to tell me what was next. Tired of waiting, I stepped in the shop, someone barked at me asking what I need. He then pointed to a guy that took a good 1 minute to answer me from the back! not even approached me! I was tempted to get the car out right there. 2) They are not honest. I will just share the facts so you can judge by yourself. I have written proof for each one of these overcharging issues: *They wanted to charge me 2.5 hs or about $260 to replace a plastic connector. This after charging me $193.30 to diagnose the problem. I CHANGED THE CONNECTOR MYSELF IN 30 MINUTES. *They listed a spare part (plastic connector) on almost $60. I bought it on line for $8 and installed it myself. So replacing this cheap connector would have cost me a total of $510! *When I accepted to pay for the diagnose of $193.30 so I could get my car out of there, the invoice came $208.76... I asked what is that additional $15.46 for? ... THE OWNER RESPONDED "IS A FEE THAT WE ADD TO RECOUP OUR MACHINERY COSTS "??? I was like really? I asked to remove it since I was not told in advance, the owner removed it right away (scam) In short, worst experience ever"
"Highly recommend! They are always nice and honest. I don't feel like they're trying to steal your money. I had my check engine light come on with a few issues. After taking a look they noticed no work needed to be done saving me money. I've had them also do some other work in the past including brakes, general maintenance and inspection. They've been solid. Efficient and affordable."
"No reliable on the schedule and timing Rude personnel Let me tell you what happened I had an appointment for 10am an they told me that i can drop my car starting from 6 am and it is taking mostly 1 hour for state inspection. I dropped my car 7.30am and came back at 12 pm the car was not checked at all not even get in the shop once we asked the lady there she was very rude at us the shop guy was told me that he will the the car immediately they was behind the schedule he told me that i have to came after 1 hour. I left the shop again and come 2pm once i came again the car was in but it seems they just started checking the car i left again and i came at 4 pm the lady was shouting at us why that i was keeping coming and she told me the paperwork wasn’t ready i told her the guy at the shop told me to came 1 hour later i was very upset and annoyed from that company because i had an appointment and lost all my day they was not communicate with each other One of them told me time to come the other doesn’t know also if they told me it will take more than 1 hour i wasn’t going to start at all Lastly the lady there she made me sad all day with her attitude and anger i will not come back again in this business"
"Initially when I called last week to see if this shop could repair my tire the man I spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful, quoted me a very reasonable price and told me to bring my car in the following week to check out my tire and see if it could be repaired instead of replaced. So, I went online and made an appointment, which was confirmed via email last Friday, for 3:30 today. I show up at 3:20 and go inside to check in, and the woman at the counter was very rude. She told me that they don’t make appointments for that service and that the shop closes at 5 so I’ll have to leave my car overnight. To which I asked what is the point of the appointment? If I had known the appointment was useless I would have brought my car in last week and a lot earlier in the day than 3:30 pm when the shop closes at 5. The scheduling makes absolutely no sense and the attitude is honestly what pushed me out the door. I read the reviews before going and didn’t listen to them, and now I know that they were correct. It’s not fair to give them one star because of one person so the kind man I spoke to the first time is the only reason it isn’t a one star review. Maybe put someone a little kinder at the front of your business."
"Only recommend coming here if you're down and out of luck. Charged me $160 just to tell me to take it to a transmission shop. Surely it doesn't take much time or effort to hook the car to a diagnostic scanner and read the code to tell me this. I've taken my car here a time or two before and it was decent, but now I never want to go back."
