"STAY AWAY!! Went for an oil change and to do a diagnostic. Told me i needed valve cover gasket (which i knew about), and a oil pan gasket (doesn't exist for my car). They told me i was leaking oil real bad. And they were right, however it wasn't because of the valve cover or the oil pan. Whoever did my oil change "forgot" to tighten my oil filter all the way (like a whole half a turn). I had been leaking oil for weeks after thinking my car was falling me. Nope just half a** service. I feel like they tried to scam me. Won't be going back."

"The service is excellent. I've been going there for years. And I still do reviews. We depend on our vehicles and need to be able to find a service shop that you can feel really good about the work. I have been to places in the past and it was a "hope and pray" situation. Midas , well they strive on professionalism and highly skilled and knowledgeable in their field of servicing vehicles. The Mgr. Steve is great and welcomes customers and excited to be able to service vehicles; you can easily tell he has a passion for vehicle maintenance. They will let you know what they find and advise of any upcoming repairs that may be needed. They will explain how and why certain things may be going on; and what to look out for. I now have a newer vehicle and go for routine servicing but they kept my 1999 Jeep Grand with over 200,000 miles going up til about a year ago . And I will not take my vehicle anywhere for servicing than at Midas as Joppa Rd."
