Jiffy Lube

"The folks at Jiffy Lube are fast, friendly and give great service at a decent price. I'm going to use today's visit as an example. Before they started working on my car one of the technicians approached me and said that my oil change wasn't due for 800 more miles and asked if they should proceed. As it turns out I have an emission inspection due so I said yes, please go ahead. But asking if I really wanted their service? Who does that? When they come to me and tell me they've found a correctable problem I know that they're being honest. They've earned my trust, time and again. Today was just another example. Thanks Jiffy Lube."

"When I had gotten my oil changed, they said they’d refill my tires and every single one of them (not necessary) and every one was low when I got my car back. My fiancé recently went and they uncharged her for the exact service I had gotten on my vehicle. Additionally, there was another car in the bay that was the same as hers and they accidentally swapped the bad filter from the other car into my fiancés car. Now I need to pay for a new filter…"

"Came in for an oil change. Understandable attitude, working so early and me being the first one there, but broke my tire valve stem while filling air, and said they cant do anything. No remorse or sympathy whatsoever. Crawled out of there with a flat and had to use the spare tire to another mechanic to get it fixed. Never going back."

"They were super speedy! It only took 20 minutes! I think the price was great for what I got too. They changed my oil (high mileage oil), vacuumed my car, changed my washer fluid, & some other random fluids, replaced a filter, wiped my windows, AND they put air in my tires (my tire lights been on & I’ve been meaning to do that but I just… don’t know how to..). I promise, I’m very competent; I’m just a girl whose father never showed her the mechanical ways. They even offered me a coupon because I’m a student. It was my first oil change (I didn’t wanna tell them that), but I’m sure they knew that after they asked me to pop my hood & I said “how do I do that” (I could have found it on my own but I panicked). I didn’t wanna get ripped off for being a woman, but it appears as though I didn’t. I thought I was just paying $60 for an oil change, not all that so I’m pleasantly surprised. I will be coming here every time & telling my friends to go here too!"
