"Don’t do oil change here!! I have a lifetime membership for alignment and rotation service. They don’t fill the oil to full and also they forget to put the gasket back on and close it tight enough. In a day or few hours it started licking happened to me 3 times really sucks"

"Terrible service and theft customer’s money because they make higher prices than other services. My car had showing issues on engine lights and trac off warning light. Firestone charged me $110.99 for Diagnostic services cost $110.99 while other services free. Worker/ technician services said need to spark plug and coil on plug , tune up and oxygen sensor cost $968. I refused to do it. I called Exxon service, mechanic man said everything is $350 for spark plug replacement with fuel system cleaning, but no need to ignition coil because somewhere wire was damaged by rat ate it out. I thanked to mechanic man who I trust."

"Correction: To my previous review, which I couldn't find. The manager, Sean, I believe was his name was awesome. Big belly with the beard who worked the front acted like he didn't remember handling my service at the front and tried to blame me not getting a tire plug with my oil change on Jamal since his name was listed as confirming my online reservation. Come to find out, big belly never added it on to my service as I instructed. GM Sean handled my concern with professionalism and kindness. Thank you."

"Terrible customer service, called in the day before my appointment to get a quote of all services. Of course, I did this to make sure there were no hidden costs and I could budget the costs prior. I go in to my appointment I am told a higher amount almost $100 more and this was blamed on the representative I spoke with not being well educated on pricing, then why is he answering phones or giving prices. I refused to pay extra because this is the reason I called for a quote, why would I pay more when the mistake was not my fault and I was misquoted? I was not assisted by a fat, white, short guy with no customer service experience. Please take your money elsewhere for a company who will put the customer first."

"Huge thanks and props to the staff here for getting my car's AC up and running again and on very short notice too. Not only were they able to acquire all the parts needed within 24 hrs but also get it all installed and running like new. Heat stroke is no joke so these folks are literally lifesavers.
