"Beware. I had my car towed there on the recommendation of my insurance company. I had to call them late in the day, and they had no idea the car was on their lot, a tiny lot. There are two people I spoke with several times over the next day, they would call and ask again why the car was there after already telling me once the problem wasn’t the battery (which was dead). I told them their behavior made me very nervous. I had to call back to the insurance company for a new tow to take the car somewhere else, these proprietors then sent the tow truck away and insisted I pay 35.00 for their time. Then they said no, it’s ok, and I had to call insurance again for another tow. There seems to be one older guy who kind of knows what he is doing, and a younger guy who is real jerky, and knows absolutely nothing ever. The service overall caused me to complain to my insurance company about how inept this location was, all of who h they noted in their records, and said they would not be recommending this location any longer. Beware."

"Brought my car in 3 times in the past 6 months for a flat tire. The third time I brought it, they told me the flat tire was not the one they repaired for my 2nd visit. They installed new components to a different tire, filled up my flat, sent me on my way. 1 week later I still have a flat tire. Also very condescending/patronizing at the front desk."

"GO ELSEWHERE. Place looks like it's under construction, no one is ready for you when you arrive for your appointment, and while you wait for someone to acknowledge you, clients are calling complaining about the work that was performed on their car. I came in for an 8 AM appointment and they weren't ready for me when I arrived. I stood at the front desk for about 2 minutes watching a man scroll on his phone. Wasn't sure if we was blatantly ignoring me or didn't hear me come in. He finally notices me, I tell him I have an 8 AM appointment and he walks into the back room to turn on his computer? At this time someone called so he put it on speaker (mistake). The girl on the phone called because she brought her car in for them to fix a leak in her tire. She said "I have my car back and that tire is now flat". If that's not a sign IDK what is. The guy hangs up and still continues to fiddle with his computer. The sign says they open at 7 AM. Good luck if you show up for an appointment that early. At this point I decided the best option would be to leave ASAP than trust my car with these incompetent people."

"I made an appointment a few days earlier. I show up the day of my appointment and they were not ready. I came in for new tires, rotation, balance and an oil change. After a few hours, work was completed. Within less than week my car engine light started blinking, ended up they drained the oil and forgot to add new oil. The tires also were not balanced. I will never go there again and recommend others not to. Buyers beware, at the very least check that they complete all the items you paid for."

"Charged 100 dollars for an oil change. Don’t come here. They will up charge you on the littlest things. Also charged us 100 dollars for a diagnostic test that didn’t provide any useful information. Just go to Mr. Tire if you need an affordable option. Seriously not worth it. They care about they’re money before they care about your car. Not all mechanics will do you like this."
