A man answered the phone after calling 3 times, said he'd call me right back when I asked a question about whether I needed to be present or not. He hadn't called back after 30 minutes. I then called, about 20 times in an hour and no one ever answered the phone. Totally ridiculous."
"I requested a tow through my insurance company, I was assigned this company. After my interaction with Dispatch I no longer wanted service. They were very unprofessional and rude in my time of emergency and distress I was treated this way. I notified my insurance company to cancel because of the service. They still came and picked my vehicle up!! THE DISRESPECT!! Again unprofessional!!"
