I took my car in for a check engine light. They quickly discerned that the oil change performed at Jiffy Lube in Bel Air 3 weeks prior was not done. They changed the oil, cleared the codes and sent my on my way. When the check engine light returned, they quickly got my car back in, resolved one code and checked on the second code. The factory warranty had been modified so that the second repair could be performed at the dealer for free. The repair came in lower than estimated and they found a place to fix part of my problem for free. That is the definition of outstanding, superior service."
