"Customer satisfaction is very poor. You pay money but mechanic guy acts as if you are getting it done for free. The guy is very rude and uncaring. If you do what he says, there is no problem, but if you question his offer and what he does, unfortunately he becomes agressive. He doesn't want you to understand the business. They get labor from work they cannot do. He wants you to pay the same amount when you come next time. It makes a total calculation. He gets angry when you want to see how much each one is. Unfortunately I won't go there again. It is not people oriented. A money oriented business."
